TimeTrack – Dual is a software solution for companies who like to have a separate option to see projected or estimated attendance & payroll information, Departmental man-hours and other MIS reports.

• Applicable Scenarios – Assuming that right now you have 2 shifts of 12 hours of 500 employees, you can have an estimate of Attendance information with the following options
  • 2 Shifts of 12 hours can be converted to 2 shifts of 8 hours with random overtime assigned to employees
  • 2 Shifts of 12 hours can be converted to 3 shifts of 8 hours also with 165 (approx) employees for each shift.. 
    • Current Shifts
      • 8 AM to 8 PM
      • 8 PM to 8 AM
    • Estimated Shift
      • 8 AM to 4 PM
      • 4 PM to 12 PM
      • or
      • 8 AM to 4 PM
      • 4 PM to 12 PM
      • 12 PM to 8 AM
    • Estimated overtime hours can be added to random employees so that the
      • The count of employees working overtime is within a specific limit on each day
      • The number of overtime hours don’t cross the set limit for any employee
    • Certain departments, categories etc. can be altogether removed when calculating these estimations.
